These Terms of Service apply to all Clipizo websites, products, subscription services, community features, and support tools. By using any Clipizo service, you agree to these terms.
Clipizo Products
Clipizo provides tools, downloads, documentation, and support resources for creative workflow users. Product availability, names, features, and prices may change over time.
Subscriptions
Some Clipizo products are available as monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your payment method is charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Usage Allowance: Each subscription includes a monthly usage allowance. Unused allowances do not roll over and have no cash value.
- AI-Generated Output: Some Clipizo tools produce output using AI models. This output may contain errors or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all changes before applying them. Always keep backups of your project files.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Contact us through the contact page for billing issues.
- Abuse: Attempting to bypass usage limits, share accounts, reverse-engineer applications, or resell access will result in account termination without refund.
Accounts and Community Use
If you use Clipizo community features or support channels, you are responsible for the content you submit. Do not post illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, spam, or malicious content.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
No Warranty
Clipizo services and tools are provided as available, without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow. Always keep backups of important project files before installing or using any tools.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clipizo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
Third-Party Platforms
Clipizo tools are designed for creative software platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of those platforms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clipizo services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
